How to use the SAP B1 Integration technology

Hi Experts,

I am SAP B1 techno functional guy. I have given 9.1 version to my clients.

Now, i was use the integration technology.

1. what is the purpose of the integration technology ?
2. how can i use it to benefit from SAP B1 packages for example cockpit, SAP mobile apps etc ?
