APP SAP BO WITH PUBLIC IP DOESN'T CONNECT (-1004)

Hello,

I have installed the APP with the ip interna and everything works well, but when i configured with public ip nothing to nothing.

I have read in forum that the problem is in the router configuration. I have opened the port 8443 in my router (NAT), the firewall is off in the operative system, etc....

My modelo the router is "Router Livebox Next" (Company Orange).

On the other hand i have created the certificate with interna ip and the settings SBO APP public_ip:8443. Is correctly the certificate settings with internal ip if i want connect the APP with public ip?
